“Empowering and life changing”
My partner signed me up for a breathwork session with Sophie a month or so ago. I have done a lot work on spirituality and meditation sessions in the past, however never breathwork, so I did not know what to expect at all and just went in with an open mind. Since the first session I have had two more, one which 2 of my close friends joined us and they loved it too. Each session was completely different to the next, and after each ‘journey’ I have experienced an overwhelming sense of peace, empowerment and connection with my inner self, especially my inner masculine. With the guidance of Sophie, her understanding of the process and the way she helps to facilitate the journey, it creates such a beautiful and safe space to let flow whatever needs to flow! Thank you so much Sophie for your commitment and passion to this process and I can’t wait for our next session.

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of being in Sophie’s presence you’ll understand how magnetic she is, her energy is contagious and her words are real and authentic. I’ve sat in circle with Sophie many times now and can say I’m addicted to the rawness and the liberation I feel when I’m heard and held so tenderly in this space. Having also experienced Sophie’s breathwork in her last circle I can say Sophie is truely a gifted goddess. The revelation breathwork she teaches really does create profound shifts in the body. She supported me and guided me to move through stagnant trauma I had been holding onto for years. I don’t know why you wouldn’t try this type of modality. It will literally change your life! She is the first person I turn to when I am blocked and down and needing to be held.
The person I am now has become such a better version of the person I was when I first started attending woman’s circles held by Soph.
They are truely amazing and I recommend every woman sits in a circle with Sophie at least once in their life time.
Her breathwork sessions are super powerful. I have experienced this in both group and 1:1 and I’ve never felt safer to release the parts of me that no longer serve me than what I do with the presence of Sophie.
