I want to thank you for investing your time to get to know who I am.
I am firstly a devoted mother and wife. Having three children with my husband has felt like the most natural, expansive and evolutional journey to me as woman.
Watching my three little star seeds blossom in this life is the greatest joy. Doing it side by side with my human makes my heart feel like it will jump out of my chest and break dance on the regular.
This family of mine will always come first. It is my upmost value.
I have had to journey through lots of moments to teach me what that truly means . I have had to sit in many dark and uncomfortable places where I’ve faced off with my ego to tap back into what really is needed for myself and this family to flourish.
I surrender often, I sit in mess, I cry and feel a lot…. I am all about the feelings. I lean deeply in and sometimes get it right and sometimes get it wrong.
Its my vulnerability, softness, dedication, unwavering love, safety and ability to thrive that I meet back at truth every time. These are some of the values that are important to me and this family.

I am not here to fix you through any of your experiences, there is nothing to fix, you are already perfect.
Whatever you are going through is a process and I hold space for you to tell YOUR story without any judgement, comparison or shame.
The most empowering thing we can do is own our story and love ourselves through it.
It is brave and takes courage.

I apply the same amount of effort and commitment to my passions, services and spaces to hold.
Bringing people together has always been in my journey. A classic ‘fixer’ persona growing up I was the friend to bring us all back together. I was the one in the family who would be there for everyone.
Becoming fixated that this was apart of my worth I disabled this structure and I moved into empowering women with holding space for them to tell their stories, rather than trying to jump in and “fix” people through their mess.
When you come into any of my spaces you will always be welcomed in all that you are. Whatever you are feeling, whatever you are going through. Rage, Anger, Sadness, joy, grief, happiness…. We don’t bypass any feelings.
I am a true Tauren, feeling my best whenever I am grounded and connected back to earth.
With my unmeasurably amount of energy and drive i need to always get back into my body. Physical movement feels like the grounding foundation for me so I don’t take off.
I like to move hard and fast but also enjoy the deliciousness of soft fluid swims and dancing.
I marvel at the relationship between my masculine and feminine energy. As a woman that has spent a lot of her life in her masculine, understanding the dance of both has felt like a homecoming to me. I love to laugh a lot and find humour in nearly all parts of this journey.. Laughing with my favourite people is one of the greatest joys of my life.
I also like discomfort. I like the awareness, the process and then the shift.
I know that expansion is always on the other side.
I evoke the human experiences.
Thats what we are here for.
To be warriors having a human AF experience.
Im here for all that life is.
All of these traits come through with my services and offerings. .
I know with every cell in my body that this warrior woman was born for such a time as this.
